Mr. Dunwell’s technical and executive experience
spans major beer companies in China, Hong Kong, Spain,
Holland, United Kingdom and Canada. His broad experience
was gained over a range of assignments from brewmaster,
plant management through progressively challenging technical,
distribution, and general management roles leading to
executive positions with Allied Domecq plc, John Labatt,
and Managing Director for San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong
Ltd.
His numerous accomplishments include the revitalization
of the technical and logistics capabilities at Labatt
operations in Canada and overseas, as well as San Miguel
operations in the PRC, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and
Hong Kong, and a five-fold profit growth over 3 years
for San Miguel's Hong Kong Brewery.
In addition to his management accomplishments John
possesses an outstanding degree of human relationship
skills, working with people at all organizational levels
and from a broad range of cultures.
