Peter Freeman has been a highly skilled technical and
business leader for over 20 years in the brewing and malting
industry. In addition to his exemplary experience with
one of the worlds leading malting companies, he
is skilled in planning and implementing strategic initiatives
in customer service, research and development, and quality
auditing of malting operations.

Experience
Following graduation with distinction from one of the
worlds leading brewing and malting universities,
Peter spent 15 years with Moray Firth Maltings in the
UK, and Canada Malting (ConAgra). As Technical Manager
at Moray Firth, he was the first in his industry to implement
the Quality Management System, achieving ISO 9000 certification.
He was also elected a Fellow of the Institute and Guild
of Brewing in recognition of outstanding contributions
to the Institute.
At ConAgra, Mr. Freeman was VP of Technical Services
and Director of Research and Development. In addition
to developing and coordinating technical activities
for global operations, he also spearheaded the global
Customer Relationship Management project with impressive
sales results based on superior customer service. Amongst
his other accomplishments in the training and development
field, he designed and delivered the annual International
Malting Course recognized by customers as unmatched
in the industry.
